WELCOME


The Career Development Association of Alberta (CDAA) is pleased to host the second annual Alberta Career Development Conference (ACDC) at the Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Centre in Edmonton, Alberta on April 30 & May 1, 2015.


This year’s conference offers:

  • one international and one local keynote presenter, both recognized and respected career development and labour market experts, who will be talking about the current realities of teh world of work and considerations for practitioners and their clients
  • increased capacity of up to 250 delegates, presenters, and exhibitors
  • 30 concurrent sessions and a delegate wide consultation session focused on current and relevant information about emerging occupations, career development trends, service and resource innovation, labour market realities, and human resources trends and considerations
  • 15 exhibitor booths with opportunities to connect over one and a half days during extended and unscheduled coffee breaks and lunch breaks
  • new and improved conference hours (9:00am – 4:30pm on both days of the conference)
  • an onsite notice board for job postings / looking for work requests, mentorship opportunities / networking requests, volunteer opportunities, etc
  • networking reception with volunteer recognition and awards ceremony

In order to ensure that presenters are scheduled into rooms that will accommodate interested delegates we request that you select your sessions in advance of the conference.

 

You will not be able to complete your registration until you have selected your session preferences.
