Kelly is currently applying her knowledge and skills towards curriculum design and delivery in the area(s) of career health, leadership, and psychological safety within her Instructional Design role for Energy Safety Canada. Kelly has spent the last 10+ years in diverse roles within Adult Ed. and continues to address work/workforce development and community capacity building. Within this current role, Kelly is also enhancing her assessment and data analytics and competence in the area(s) of resource - information management. Kelly remains an active member in the areas of career coaching and facilitation of workplace training for both individuals/group learning opportunities.
