Day Two – Thursday, November 19, 2020:
Asynchronous “Choose Your Own Challenge”
(This portion of the event will be open between 8:00am and 12:00pm)
*actual completion of the activity will take between 30 and 90 minutes*
Morning sign-in for all participants
- Participant involvement with recovery and resilience focused tools plus other health and wellness moments
Afternoon Live Event using Zoom
(This portion of the event will be between 90-120 minutes – 2:00pm to 4:00pm)
Afternoon sign-in for all participants
- Participant gathering / regroup in the virtual lobby
- 20-minute workshop on the 5-stage culture model by Lisa Taylor followed by interactive activities in breakout rooms
- 20-minute workshop on resilience by Lisa Taylor followed by interactive activities in breakout rooms
- Workshop wrap up / Question and Answer session
- Closing remarks
About IYP:
Ignite Your Passion looks a little different this year than it has in the past, but we are excited to offer this virtual event, featuring Lisa Taylor, which includes both asynchronous and live events using Zoom. This is a special opportunity to come together during Canada Career Month and a unique way to learn and network, both professionally and personally.
You will be provided with participation links and instructions in advance of the event.

About Lisa:
Lisa Taylor is a sought-after expert, speaker, and columnist on today’s changing world of work. As President of Challenge Factory and the Centre for Career Innovation, Lisa offers invaluable leadership and insights about the Future of Work—with a focus on how talent equity, demographics, the freelance economy, and new market dynamics present opportunities to gain strategic workforce and career advantage.

Lisa sits on the Boards of Directors of the Canadian Special Operations Forces Regiment Association and CERIC.
